How To Book

Notice to Clients:

Thank you for choosing CHADAM Hair Lounge and CO2 Head Spa for your hair and head spa needs. To ensure a pleasant experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when booking and visiting our salon:

  • Appointment Booking: All bookings can be made over the phone. We encourage you to schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time slot. We thank you for your understanding when receptionists are not able to take your call due to a concurrent call with other clients who are making over-the-phone reservations.
  • Guests Policy: Please refrain from bringing extra guests who are not receiving a hair or head spa service. This policy helps us maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone. It can be a high level of distraction to our staff, and most importantly to the clients receiving a service.
    • Exception: If the client receiving the service is between the ages of 12-18, one guardian may accompany them.
  • Young Children: For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly request that you do not bring family members who are not receiving a service, including young children. We understand that familial love is of the utmost importance, however we hope to provide you the service that you need in order to feel transcended from reality.
  • Age Limit: Our age limit for clients receiving services is 12 years old. Children 11 years and younger should attend salons that match their needs, and unfortunately at this time, we do not provide services that can accommodate such attention.
